The amount paid by you for the product will be refunded to you as Store Credit in the form of Refund in your ZimblyBuy Registered Account. You can use these Refund to purchase anything on ZimblyBuy or can even have them credited back to you. The Refund shall on request, be credited back to your original mode of payment and in case of Cash on Delivery (COD) payment, amount shall be transferred in your Bank Account, the details of which shall be taken during the refund process. In case of payments made through any of the wallet payment gateways like Paytm, Mobikwik etc, the Refund will be credited to the original mode of payment. 4. How long does it take to initiate a Refund?
For some orders, we initiate Refund within 2 working days of receiving the product at our end. In other cases, we initiate the Refund after the returned product is delivered to the seller. In this case, we keep you informed of the timelines.

Refund may get declined if the product received by us is not as per your claim or Order ID is missing on the package.

In case of order placed using Gift Card, Refund will be credited in the form of Clues Bucks to your ZimblyBuy Registered Account.
7. How can I track the status of my Refund?
The refund in the form of ZimblyBuy are credited within 24 hours of initiation. However, in extreme cases, it takes up to 2 weeks for refund amount to reflect in your account after, the request for transfer of ZimblyBuy into your account has been initiated.
8. Will my shipping charges be refunded if I ship the product?
In case of Self-Shipment, ZimblyBuy will reimburse the courier charges (upto Rs. 300).
This return policy includes the information related to the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund that is offered by the respective sellers to the buyer. The same returns policy will not be applicable to all the products. Also, within a particular category, all products may not have the same returns policy. For every product, the policy mentioned in the product page shall be given more importance than the general returns policy. Hence the buyer should refer to the specific product’s return policy on the product page to be aware of the exceptions to the general return policy. Also refer to the table given below.

Products can be returned within 10 days if:
They are different from the description mentioned on the product description ZimblyBuypage,
It has missing or damaged parts or accessories.
They are received in a physically damaged condition,
The product will be taken back only when:
The product is exactly the same that was ordered and shipped to you.
The product’s original condition is retained. The manufacturer’s box, all accessories, intact MRP tag, user manual, warranty card etc should be there.
The product is not damaged while in your possession.
The product will be eligible for replacement only if the same item is in stock, by the same seller. If the replacement request is placed and accepted and the seller does not have the same product in stock, we will provide a refund.
Product is not eligible for return if :
There is a mistake in the order from the buyer’s side. For eg: incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered, product is not liked by the buyer after delivery etc.
