1How do I register?
  • Click on the ‘Log In’ section located at the top right corner on the home page. Fill in the details like ‘Email id’ and ‘Contact number’. A one time password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile number for verification. Once this is done, you are ready to shop from your registered account. Happy Shopping. :)
2 Do I need to register before shopping on ZimblyBuy?

You can browse the website without any registration, but for checkout you can log in as a guest and go ahead with the procedure. If you register with your email id or your contact number once, it will be used for your future shopping too. You also get a host of benefits on being a registered user.

3How many accounts can I have with my contact number or email id?

Only one account can be registered with one mobile number or email id. 
4How does the ‘My Account’ section help?

This section provides you the details of your shopping, browsing and payment history. You can check your cancellations, transaction history and such details too, over here.

5What should I do if Iam unable to login?

Try entering the details again. You might have put incorrect details. If still unable to log in, do contact us on our customer service number.
6How will I find the product Iam looking for?

You can type the name of the product in the Search tab or go through categories. In case the product is unavailable, you can wish list it and we will notify you when it is available. 

7Are the products of good quality?

Every product is sourced from trusted vendors keeping quality in mind. The packaging is also done such that the quality is not compromised. 

 

8How can I order ?

Go to the ‘Shopping guide’ section to read up on this, in detail. 

9Will I get a confirmation after placing an order?

Yes, you will get a SMS confirmation once your order is placed. 


10Can I call and place an order?

Yes, you can call or whatsapp us on the below given number to place an order.


11How can I make changes/ cancel the order?

You  can change your order/ cancel it, if the product is not out for delivery. You will get a notification once your order is out for delivery. After this, changing the order or cancelling it would not be possible. You may contact our customer service for further details.  


12How can I make the payment?

13Will you deliver to my area?

You can put your pin code in the “Check delivery” options. You will get the information there. In case it is not available, we would advise you to check it after a few days again as we keep updating our delivery locations. 


14How do I contact you for feedback/queries/suggestions?

You can write to us at our email id or call/ whatsapp at the given number.
